Circuit & TRX Strength: Sept & Oct 2025

In-Person Strength & TRX sessions will take place Thursdays 6-6:45pm; $15/session drop-in (or $100 for all 8)

Suspension training straps (TRX) train functional full-body strength, balance, and even cardio. All abilities welcome (athletes and non-athletes, those experienced using the straps and those not).

Saturday 9-10AM Coached Runs:

9-10am outdoors at various Saskatoon locations (e.g., Parks & River trails; indoor Track in winter; schedule provided upon registration).

Sessions will include warm-up dynamics and drills and interval based training with plenty of options/levels for beginner walk/runners to advanced. All abilities (and new runners) welcome!

“Virtual” Rides: Tuesdays 6-7pm, Sundays 8:30-9:30am or “Virtual” Pilates: Mondays 8:00-8:45pm or Fridays 10-10:45am

In the past this program coincides with a FREE indoor playground at Lakeview Church (indoor playground runs 9:30-11:30am and Pilates is 10:15-11am). Come and move with other moms while our kids play.


Family Friendly Fitness - Fall 2025

Sept.-Oct. (8 weeks) on Saturdays 9-10am @ Lakewood Park


Fall Fitness is designed to accommodate a variety of backgrounds and abilities. We’ll use TRX suspension straps, Pilates-based exercises, Medicine Balls, and a variety of other props/outdoor terrain in cardio-strength circuits and fun workouts sure to get your heart pumping.  While participating as couples and families is not a requirement, this program is designed to be “family friendly”. Bring the kids along as they’ll always be a kid-friendly activity to keep them moving too (e.g., active scavenger hunt, circuit with the adults, parachute, tag and cone games, relays, “carnival”, soccer, etc.). Every workout will have a new theme!

Fitness Assessments - These are great tools for anyone from the elite athlete to the beginner exerciser. Results can provide a springboard to set goals for a new season or exercise program.

COST: First Full Assessment (skinfolds plus strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular assessment) $175, Follow Up Assessments $100. Body  Composition Only (no fitness) $80.
