“Virtual” Cycle:

Sundays 8:30-9:30am, Tuesdays 6-7pm

Bike on your own trainer at home with the support and encouragement of a coach and your fellow riders. A coached live workout (through streaming) - if you choose to have webcam on, coach and teammates can also see you and interact. Targeted at triathletes but anyone with an indoor trainer can join.

Live classes run from Oct until end of May.  Videos of past classes also available.

“Virtual” Pilates for Strength, Recovery, & Injury Prevention: Mondays 8:00 - 8:45pm Pilates

A Pilates class appropriate for all levels (done from the comfort of your home via streaming; if you choose to use webcam, Coach Carly can still see and cue your technique). We’ll work on breath, muscular balance, posture, and core strength. This class is appropriate for anyone from athletes such as runners and triathletes as a way to balance their training, to pre- or post-natal moms, to anyone of any fitness level looking for balance, breath, and strength.

Virtual Strength with Transition:

This class incorporates body weight, balance, and functional exercises along with free weights, bands, or suspension straps (contact carly.coach@gmail.com if you’re unsure about equipment needs).

At-Home Recovery

Live classes currently on pause, recording packages available

A session utilizing foam roller, pinky ball, and other at-home props (options will be provided if you don't have equipment but ideally participants will have a foam roller and small ball, e.g., tennis ball, of some sort). This won't replace hands-on massage but the goal is to do release the muscles with some self-applied techniques. You'll leave this session feeling a little bit more released and ready to tackle the rest of your week or training routine.

Strength-Pilates Combo

Fridays 10:00 - 10:45am

This class will be a super sweet combination between the feel good movement of Pilates and the subtle (or not so subtle) burn of strength. We'll include standing balance and leg work, mat core and Pilates inspired components, and upper body strength (with options to use walls or other modifications to adjust the intensity of exercises). This will primarily be a no equipment needed class as body-weight exercises will make up the bulk of what we do (i.e., you can do this anywhere in any space). We will occasionally include optional stretch chord or theraband strength work (with options for those who don't have bands). This will be a great overall workout with strength, stretch, and alignment all built into one.

  1.       $40/month for once/week LIVE classes ($80/mon twice/week)

  2.       $20/month for one/weekly recorded video subscription

Swim Strength Video Packages

A session to supplement your swim training. We’ll incorporate Pilates-based movements as well as other swim specific strength exercises (e.g., chords) to work on your technique. No equipment required but options for chords provided. $50 for 10 videos. Email carly.coach@gmail.com to subscribe.
